At Dressmezee, we want you to feel absolutely glamorous in your purchase, but if your item isn't quite right, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are returned in their original condition with tags attached and free from any makeup or perfume marks.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unwanted items back in their original packaging, ensuring all Dressmezee tags and hygiene seals are fully intact.

  Ship It Back

  Generate your prepaid shipping label via the portal and drop your parcel off at your nearest designated courier collection point.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our boutique team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
